About Juliana
I’m Juliana Sih, the Head Coach of Crescendo.
In college, I had a moment that changed everything.
It was an ordinary day, and I almost skipped class, but something told me to go. The professor turned on a movie called The Secret, and within minutes, I was captivated. It spoke about the law of attraction, the power of gratitude, and how our thoughts shape our reality.
I left that class inspired and frustrated, wondering why no one had taught this sooner. That night, I replaced reality TV with personal growth videos. A few weeks later, I stumbled upon Tony Robbins. His energy was magnetic, his message life-changing. I remember thinking, That’s what I want to do — to help people transform their lives.
After college, I followed the “responsible” path. I went into research, then corporate, thinking success meant security. But the deeper I went, the emptier I felt. I was caught between doing what I loved and earning a living, believing I couldn’t have both.
Then I discovered entrepreneurship. Starting my own business changed everything. I realized that freedom — creative, financial, and personal — comes from building something aligned with who you are.
Today, as a Professional Certified Coach and founder of Crescendo Coaching, I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers find that same fulfillment. My work is about helping people get out of their own way, rediscover their power, lead with clarity, and create lives that feel good.
Because the real secret? You already have everything you need. You just have to remember.
